种植支抗结合正畸矫治青年人上颌骨发育不足的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨种植支抗技术结合正畸技术,治疗青年人上颌骨发育不足中的可行性及疗效。方法:随机抽取8名AngleⅢ类前牙反牙合的患者,采用在上颌尖牙与双尖牙之间植种植钉+上颌骨前方牵引+方丝弓矫治技术的方法矫正上颌骨发育不足。结果:治疗前后对比:上颌长度增加(2.64±3.11)mm;上颌骨逆时针旋转(1.46±0.95)°,上牙弓顺时针旋转(1.33±1.14)°,Wits增加(2.98±2.64)°。结论:8名患者经系统治疗,发育不良的上颌骨被牵引至正常位置,错牙合畸形得以矫治,取得了良好的外观效果及咬合关系。Objective To evaluate feasibility and curative effect of treatment of maxillary deficiency in youth by implant anchorage combines with orthodontic to combines. Methods Stochastically select 8 patients with angle III anterior crossbite,adopt the method with plant implant between maxillary canine and bicuspid;and maxillary deficiency;and edgewise appliance to rectify the maxillary deficiency. Results To compare before and after treating：The Length of maxilla increased by（2.64±3.11）mm,while maxilla rotate along Counterclockwise with（1.46±0.95）°,and the upper dental arch rotate along clockwise with（1.33±1.14）°.Wits was increased by（2.98±2.64）°. Conclusion After the effective treatment,the deficient maxillary of 8 patients had been tow to the natural position, and malocclusion had been cured, acquired the good appearance and the malocclusion well.
