摘　　要：GBJ17-1988关于板的屈曲分析是在将腹板视为无限弹性和无初始缺陷的基础上进行的,其分析结果首先是不安全的,而且理论上也存在相互矛盾的地方。GB50017-2003在借鉴国外和国内研究成果的基础上,考虑了板件的初始缺陷和弹塑性状态。通过比较这两部规范中计算理论上的差异,结合实例,并通过新的设计方法来阐述新规范的合理性。In GBJ17-1988,the analysis of plate buckling on the basis of infinite elastic characteristic and non-initial imperfection, therefore the results have not only unreliability, but also contmdictive parts in theory. Referring to research achievements both at home and abroad, through the adjustment of the ratio of height to thickness ,GB50017-2003 take initial imperfection and elastic-plastic state of plate element into consideration. In this paper, we explore the discrepancies, and expatiate on rationality of the new specification through the new design method.
