摘　　要：目的 建立八珍益母片中阿魏酸含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,用Hypersil ODS2C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）;流动相：乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（20∶80）;柱温：室温;检测波长：316 nm.结果 精密度和稳定性均良好;阿魏酸浓度在5.4～27 μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为100.8%（RSD为1.5%）.结论 本方法专属、重复性好,可用于八珍益母片中阿魏酸的含量测定.Objective To develop a method for determination of ferulic in Bazhen Yimu Plan. Methods Using HPLC method with Hypersil ODS2 C18 column , the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-0.1 tool. L^-1 phosphoric acid （20： 80）, the column temperature was room temperature, with the detection wavelength at 316nm. Results The precision and stability were fine. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 5.4 - 27μg· mL^-1 for paeoniflorin （ r =0.999 8 ）. The average recovery was 100.8%, RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion The method was selective and reproducible for determination of ferulic in Bazhen Yimu Pian.
