摘  要:目的考察石膏炮制前后微量元素变化情况。方法对各地生品、炮制品进行原子发射光谱分析,比较石膏炮制前后的微量元素变化。结果在各产地的石膏生品中,Al,Co,Cu,Fe,Mg,Si,Sr,Zn这几种元素全部或大部分被检出。高温煅制后,各地石膏的微量元素含量均不同程度下降,只有Sr的含量相对增加,煅石膏纯度相对较高。结论该方法准确度高,灵敏度好,简便快捷,可用来考察石膏炮制前后微量元素变化情况。Object To investigate the change of trace elements before and after processing of hydrated gypsum. Methods Comparison of trace elements in hydrated gypsum before and after processing from different processed products and its crude by using the analysis of atom emission spectrum ( AES ). Results Al, Co, Cu, Fe, Mg, Si, St, Zn, these elements could be detected in hydrated gypsum from different localities , but the account of elements would be both decreased in different degree after high temperature. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple, and can be used to investigate the change of trace element before and after processing of hydrated gypsum.
