生长抑素与阿尔茨海默病的相关性研究进展

摘　　要：研究显示阿尔茨海默病患者脑脊液或脑组织及血浆等组织中生长抑素的含量明显下降,通过AD模型发现本病患者脑组织内生长抑素神经元的数量减少,通过模型的药物干预实验,能使生长抑素提高,症状得到改善。The study indicated that the content of somatostain decreased obviously in cerebrospinal fluid, cerebral tissue and plasma of the patient with Alzheimer disease, in AD model, it was found that the number of somatostain neuron decreased in cerebral tissue of the patient; through intervention experiment of drugs in the model, the somatostain could increase and the symptoms also were improved.
