摘  要:从巢湖水体中分离筛选出能降解有机磷的8株解磷细菌,其中SY2菌株在有机磷固体培养基上透明圈的D/d值是4.46,在有机磷液体培养中对卵磷脂的降解率为91.5%,具有较强的解磷能力。根据其形态特征和生理生化特性,初步鉴定SY2为好氧乳微杆菌(M.lactium)。对SY2最佳生长条件做了初步的研究,结果表明,它的最适温度为30℃,最佳初始pH值是8.5,装液量为60mL/150mL,促进生长的金属离子是Mg2+、Mn2+、Ca2+,最佳碳源是葡萄糖。Eight strains of organophosphate-degradation bacteria were isolated from the water of Chaohu Lake. The D/d ratio of transparency circle of the SY2 is 4.46 on the organophosphate solid medium and the degradation rate of lecithin in the organophosphate liquid medium is 91.5% , with a stronger organophosphate-degradation ability. Based on the morphological, physiological and biochemical properties, the SY2 strain was tentatively identified as M. lactium. The preliminary study on the optimal growth condition of the SY2 was carried out. The results indicate that the optimal cultivation conditions for the SY2 include temperature of 30 ℃, initial pH of 8.5, aeration ratio of 60 mL/150 mL, the use of metal ions Mg^2+ , Mn^2+ , Ca^2+ to enhance cell growth and the use of glucose as a carbon source.
