摘　　要：逆向物流正成为企业谋求利润的新方式,受到越来越多生产企业的重视和关注。文章对当前生产企业实施逆向物流的驱动因素进行了剖析,对其在实施过程中所存在的障碍给予了具体分析,并针对生产企业实施逆向物流过程中的障碍给出了相关的对策建议。Reverse logistics has been a new way for enterprises to create profit. More and more manufacture enterprises put emphasis on reverse logistics. This paper analyses factors to drive manufacture enterprises to implement reverse logistics and barriers to the process of implementing. Then give some countermeasures to help manufacture enterprises to implement reverse logistics.
