摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生亚健康人群的中医证候特征和成因,提出干预措施。方法:参照相关文献中亚健康状态中医证候特征调查问卷,结合大学生学习、生活等各方面的实际情况,制定中医证候调查问卷,调查广州大学在校全日制学生,运用聚类分析研究中医证候分布规律。结果:亚健康病位主要涉及肝、心、脾、肾,主要证型有肝郁脾虚、心脾两虚、脾虚湿蕴、肝肾两虚、湿热蕴脾、心肾不交。结论:中医药对大学生亚健康有比较明确的认识。Objective： To probe into the characteristcs and cause of TCM syndrome of college students＇ sub-health, then to raise intervening measurements. Methods：According to the sub-health investigating questioImaire of TCM syndrome in relevent literature and connecting with college students＇ actual condition of learning and living, the investigating questionnaire of TCM syndrome was made to investigate the fulltime undergraduate students of Guangzhou University. Distributing law of TCM syndrome was studied with cluster analysis. Results： Sub-health locations of disease mainly concluded liver, heart, spleen and kidney. And the main syndrome patterns contained stagnation of liver-Qi and deficiency of spleen, asthenia of both the heart and the spleen, spleen deficiency and dampness retention, deficiency of the liver and kidney, accumulation of wetness-heat in spleen and mcoordination Between the heart and the kidney. Conclusion. College students sub-health was known definitely in traditional Chinese medicine.
