摘 要:用微波辅助萃取法提取桃仁油,并对提取时间、提取温度、料液比、微波功率等因素对提油率的影响进行了考察.通过正交实验得出优化的微波辅助萃取桃仁油的工艺条件:提取时间8 min,提取温度50℃,每克桃仁用萃取溶剂7 mL,微波功率为700 W,提油率为51.20%.The extracting techniques of peach oil were studied by using microwave extraction instrument. The effects of extraction time, extraction temperature, the volume of extraction solvent and the power of microwave on the oil extraction rate were investigated respectively. The optimized conditions of microwave peach oil extraction were obtained by orthogonal experiments: extraction time is 8 rain, extraction temperature is 50 ℃ , 7 mL the liquid volume per gram peach, the power of microwave is 700 W. On the optimum condition, the peach oil extraction rate can be at 51.20%.
