摘 要:目的了解病房护士不稳定的原因,提高病房护士素质和护理质量。方法采用问卷调查法,对182名病房护士进行问卷调查。结果护士离职意愿与护士的年龄、护龄、职称有显著相关性,离职原因依次为社会及医院管理、时间和工作量、工作环境、护理管理、护理专业本身及患者因素。结论尊重病房护士,争取社会和医院的支持,改善护士的工作环境,提高病房护士待遇,加强其自身修养,增加发展机会,加强护患沟通,稳定病房护理队伍。Objective To explore the reasons of instability of nurses in wards,so as to improve the stablity of nurse team and the quality of nursing service. Method 182 nurses working in wards of our hospital were investigated using the self - designed questionnaire. Results Nurses' demission will was related to age,working years,and professional title. The reasons of demission were ranked as pressures from society and hospital administration ,work load and time pressure, working environment, nursing management, nursing specialty and nurse- client relationship. Conclusions It is suggested to respect nurses,strengthen support from society and hospital,improve nurses' working environment, increase nurses' salary and reward, enhance nurses' quality, increase opportunities for their development,and improve nurse -client communication to stabilize nurse team.
