摘　　要：目的提高本科学历护士在管理、教学、科研等方面的能力。方法选择具有一定工作经验的本科学历护士有计划地在护理部轮转培训,培训内容主要包括:人力资源管理、护理质量控制、教学科研、实习及进修人员管理、经济管理、文件管理、后勤保障工作等。结果锻炼和提高了本科学历护士管理、教学、科研等方面的工作能力,护理部也从中更好地发现人才,使用人才。结论护理部轮转培训对本科学历护士自身发展和人才培养及使用都具有重要意义。Objective To improve the ability of management, teaching and scientific research for nurses with bachelor degree. Method Nurses with bachelor degree and working experience were arranged to receive training on rotation basis in nursing department. The contents of training included management of nursing human resource, nursing quality control, clinical nursing education and scientific research, management of nursing students for clinical practice and nurses for further study, nursing financial management, document management, and logistics. Results This practice improved nurses＇ abilitites of management, clinical teaching and research. On the other hand, it provided an opportunity for nursing department to select and make full use of nursing talents more rationally. Conclusion The training on rotation basis in nursing department is proved to be important both for the training of nurses with bachelor degree and for the rational utilization of human resources.
