摘 要:目的完善新护士岗前培训的相关内容,建立新的岗前培训模式。方法在传统培训方法的基础上,增加角色扮演、游戏、情景剧、家庭作业、放松训练等方法;培训内容增加医院文化、护理理念、沟通技巧等;并对培训时间、考核形式等方面进行了改进。结果新的岗前培训模式改变了新护士的认知,增强了自信心。结论新的岗前培训模式有利于新护士的培养。Objective To renew the pre - post training contents for newly recruited nurses, and to establish the new pre - post training model. Methods The training methods, contents, duration of training and examination means were reformed. Based on the traditional training methods, we added the methods of role playing, games, senario drama,homework, and relax training, and added the contents of hospital culture,nursing philosophy and communication skills. Results The new training model obviously changed new nurses' recognition to nursing and enhanced their self- confidence. Conclusion The new training model is proved to be helpful for the training of new nurses.
