摘　　要：专业教师是高校教学科研的骨干力量,他们拥有对学生开展思想政治教育的独特优势。文章从分析专业教师参与大学生思想政治教育工作的现实意义入手,深入探讨了专业教师有效参与的途径与方法,并进一步指明了高校应当如何调动专业教师积极性,加强大学生思想政治教育工作。Teachers, as the backbone of the teaching work and scientific research in the university, have the unique advantages to develop the Ideology and Politics education. The article will begin with the practical significance of the teachers participating in the process of Ideology and Politics education to the university students. Then the effectively participating approaches and ways of the teachers will be deeply discussed. And further, it will show universities how to arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers to strengthen the education of Ideology and Politics.
