摘 要:目的对中药沙棘果实的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20和HPLC柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和核磁共振的氢谱和碳谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为4-羟基苯甲酸(1)、苹果酸甲酯(2)、γ-N-(2-呋喃基-甲基-)丁胺酸(3)、5-羟甲基糠醛(4)、齐墩果酸(5)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、豆甾醇(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)。结论化合物1-3为首次从沙棘属中分离得到。Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from the 95 % ethanol extract of the fruits of Hippophae Rhamboides L. Methods The compounds were separated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatographies. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties. Results Nine compounds were isolated from the fruits of Hippophae rhamboides L. and their structures were identified as 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (1), 2-hydroxy-suceinic acid 4- methylester ( 2 ), γ- N- (2-furoylmethyl) aminobu tyrie acid ( 3 ), 5-hydroxymethyl-rural dehyde ( 4 ), oleanolie acid (5), 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoie acid (6),β-sitosterol (7), stigmasterol ( 8 ) and daueosterol ( 9 ) respectively. Conclusions Compounds 1-3 are isolated from Hippophae rhamnoides L. for the first time.
