摘　　要：电子商务发展的一个重要的条件就是良好的社会商务环境,但网络的虚拟性和匿名性却产生了大量道德危机:虚假信息大量泛滥、个人隐私面临挑战、商品品质参差不齐、信用支付缺乏保障、配送和服务严重缺位、法律和制度亟待完善,这些都直接妨碍了电子商务的发展。要发展电子商务,必须构建互利无害、善良风俗、嫉恶行善、公正平等、知情同意、人道服务、安全高效、诚实信用的伦理原则,并努力践行,才能从根本上超越危机,实现健康和谐的发展。A electronic commerce development important condition is the goodsocial commerce environment, but network hypothesized and anonymoushas actually had the massive crises： The false information massivelyis in flood, individual privacy faced with the challenge, thecommercial quality is irregular, the credit payment lacks thesafeguard, matches delivers and serves the serious vacancy, the lawand the system urgently awaits to consum- mate, directly has hinderedthe electronic commerce development. Must develop the electroniccommerce, must from construct the mutual benefit harmlessly, the goodcustom, jealous wickedly does good deeds, the fair equality, knows thecircumstances of the matter the agreement, the humanity service, safely is highly effective, the honest credit ethics principle, anddiligently fulfills, can fundamentally surmount the crisis, therealization health harmonious development.
