摘　　要：通过分析SWOT和平衡计分卡的特点及企业的管理过程,提出将SWOT和平衡计分卡集成运用于企业管理的全过程,实现对企业战略的正确制定与战略的有效实施及动态反馈等一系列管理活动的紧密结合,以有效地保证企业战略目标与战略实施过程的一致性和适应性,形成企业管理中各环节有机衔接的一体化运作管理机制。In order to efficiently guarantee the consistency and adaptability between enterprisers strategic goal and its enforcement process, and to form the integrated operation mechanism of each link ＇s organic splice as well, SWOT and Balanced Scorecard are proposed to be applied coherently in the whole process of enterprise management on the basis of analyzing their characteristics and the process of enterprise man- agement, which realizes the compact combination of a series of management activities, such as establishing the enterprise＇s strategy correctly, enforcing it effectively and feeding it back dynamically, etc.
