摘　　要：为了解决目前缺乏规范有效的企业核心竞争力评价体系问题,构建了企业核心竞争力模糊系统评价模型。通过采用规范研究与实证分析相结合的方法,将模糊集理论与系统分析思想引入企业核心竞争力评价中,提出了企业核心竞争力的定义,分析了其决定因素,构建了其评价原则与评价模型。实例应用证实了该评价体系具有良好的可行性与实用性。To solve the problem of the nonstandard and inefficient evaluation system of the core competitive capacity of enterprises, the model of the illegibility systemic evaluation has been formed. By adopting the means of combining normative research and positive analysis, and introducing the theory of illegibility collectivity and the thought of systems analysis into the evaluation for the core competitive capacity of enterprises, the paper has put forward the definition of the core competitive capacity of enterprises, analyzed its determinant, and assumed its principle of evaluation and model of evaluation. Instance appliance approve this evaluation system is feasible and practical.
