摘　　要：根据远程实时性、识别精度等要求,通过分析,比较每一个子过程中所采用图像处理技术的优劣,吸取其中较优的方法加以改进、融合,提出一套合理的、高性能的、可靠的运动目标检测和识别算法和识别策略。According to the request of remote real-time system and recognition precision, through the analysis for its process , many image processing techniques are compared and their characteristics are discussed. The thesis summarizes several modification methods of image processing techniques. A reasonable, high-powered, reliable approach to detect motion targets and recognize target is suggested in this paper.
