摘　　要：针对“PC+运动控制器”的开放式数控系统,分析了开放式数控系统硬件平台设计总体方案,具体完成了PC微机、6020控制卡、驱动器和步进电机的连接设计,测试了接线设计的正确性,建立了基于运动控制器的开放式数控系统硬件平台。Being aimed at one type of open CNC system which is ‘PC ＋ motion controller＇, a design case of hardware platform of open CNC system is analyzed, and a detailed connecting design is achieved by using PC computer, 6020 controller card, driver and step motor. The design is right by testing. By the method the hardware platform is built.
