摘　　要：本文首先分析了图像分形压缩技术中传统加速方法的性能缺陷,随后提出了相容粗集的有关理论,并证明了相容粗集理论应用在图像分形压缩技术中的完备性。本文给出了基于相容粗集的编码字典的改进算法和加速匹配过程的算法。实验结果说明,该方法在压缩质量、压缩率、压缩时间等方面与传统方法比较都有较明显的改善。This article first analyzes the perfolanance flaw of the image fractal compression technology and traditional accelerate method , Afterwards proposed the related theory of the tolenrance rough sets , and has proven the completeness that the tolenrance rough sets theory applicated in image fractal compression technology . This article has produced the improvement algorithm of the code dictionary and the algorithm of the accelerate matching process based on the tolenrance rough sets. The experimental result showed that, this method in aspect and the traditional method comparison and so on compression quality, compression ratio, time of compression all has the distinct improvement.
