摘　　要：通过分析企业利润操纵的现状,论述了企业虚假利润的危害,并探讨了利润操纵的防范措施。Through analyzing the present situation of enterprise＇ s earning manipulation, this paper discusses the harms of enterprise＇ s false profit, and probes into the measures for preventing the earning manipulation.
