摘　　要：产学研合作是企业学习获取外部知识以及大学、科研机构实现知识资源价值的重要途径.本文分析了产学研合作与组织间学习的关系以及产学研合作中的组织间学习过程,着重研究了影响学习效果的主要因素,并对提高组织间学习效果提出了相关建议.Industry-university-institute cooperation is the important way through which enterprises learn and obtain exterior knowledge while universities and research institutes actualize the value of knowledge. It analyzes the relationship between industry-university-institute cooperation and interorganizational learning, and the interorganizational learning process in such cooperation. Then it examines some key factors influencing the effect of learning. Some suggestions are also put forward to facilitate effective interorganizational learning.
