摘  要:中医四大经典是中医药院校学生的必修课程,近年来各院校大都压缩了经典课时数,部分院校还将其设置为选修课程,其选修率有下降的趋势。认为经典课程教学的滑坡有其自身因素,经典课程之间缺乏学术内容的联系,经典理论与临床现实缺乏联系是主要的两个方面。据此,提出中医经典课程教学课程间、理论和临床间两个贯通的教学改革设想,并进行了部分尝试。The four books of classical literature are compulsory courses for students of Chinese medicine. Learning hours of the classical literature have been shortened recently in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine. Some even put them into the category of selective courses. There are signs that the number of students taking these courses is declining. This paper holds that there are certain reasons for the change. For example there are little connections between these classical courses themselves, and between classical theories and clinical practice. Thus it is suggested that teaching reform should be conducted to combine these courses together in teaching process and introduce theories to clinical practice. Some experiment has been done.
