摘  要:当前高职教育遵循普通高等教育的职能规律,但又以教学职能为根本、以科研职能和服务职能为动力和目标。围绕这一观点,高职教育要发挥其职能作用,必须结合国情创新观念。政府要完善高职教育法律法规,并从微观上给予大力支持;高职学校应加强自身建设,在专业建设、教材开发、实践教学、教学管理改革等方面紧紧围绕应用型人才培养目标,吸引企业参与合作。Higher vocational education follow the function law of the general higher education. Meanwhile, it takes teaching function as basis, takes scientific function and service function as motivate and aim. From this point of view, we must combine with the new concept about national condition innovation to play higher vocational education's role. Government should perfect the law of higher vocational education, great develop it on microscopic. Higher vocational schools should strengthen self-construction, rely firmly on applied talents cultivation on specialty construction, teaching materials development, practice teaching, teaching management reform,to attract enterprise to cooperate.
