摘　　要：综述了我国富产植物资源山苍子油的开发应用价值和当前利用现状,评价了其在合成香料、作物虫害防治、医药等方面的应用价值。　The value of development and application and the current utilization status of the abundant Litsea cubeba oil resource in China were reviewed.And the application value of Litsea cubeba oil in synthesis of the flavor,prevention and cure of the crops pest and manufacturing of the medicine was evaluated.
