摘  要:目的探讨HIF-1α和MMP-2蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测52例乳腺癌组织HIF-1α、MMP-2蛋白的表达情况。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中HIF-1α的阳性表达为76.9%(40/52),MMP-2的阳性表达为82.7%(43/52),在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中HIF-1α、MMP-2蛋白的表达之间存在显著正相关(r=0.448,P<0.01)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中HIF-1α、MMP-2蛋白高表达,且两者之间的表达强度具有等级相关性。HIF-1α蛋白可通过诱导MMP-2蛋白的表达上调,增加乳腺癌细胞的侵袭力,从而成为其促进乳腺癌浸润、转移的途径之一。Objective To study the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1 alpha(HIF-1α)and matrix metalloproteinase-2 ( MMP-2 ) in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast and their relationship. Methods Expression of HIF- 1 a and MMP-2 was detected in 52 eases of breast cancer tissue by immunohlstochemistry. Results The positive HIF-1α expression was 76.9% in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast,and the positive MMP-2 was 82.7% .There was a significant correlation between the expressions of HIF-1α and MMP-2 in breast cancer( r = 0.448w P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The overexpression of HIF-1α and MMP-2 protein were found in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast.To stimulate MMPs especially MMP-2 overexpression may be one of the pathways of HIF-1α protein to contribute to the invasion and metastasis in hmnan breast cancer.
