摘  要:车牌照的快速、准确定位是车牌照自动识别系统的关键。从系统的角度提出了一种基于视频检测的车牌定位方法。通过检测视场中的变化区域来预定位车牌,并采用逐帧背景修正和长期背景更换相结合的策略来进行背景更新,然后利用形态学对预定位区域进行精确定位,最后对所定位的车牌进行倾斜校正和最终确认。不同场景及光照条件下的实验结果表明,该方法定位速度快,准确率高,有较高的实用价值。The key of automatic license-plate recognition system is to locate plate quickly and exactly. An algorithm based on video de- tection to locate the plate is proposed. First pre-located the plate by detecting the region where the changes happened and dynamically updated the background using the strategy that combined the real time amendment and the long-term replacement, and then located the plate exactly with mathematical morphology. The located plate is emendated and affirmed at last. The results of experiments under different conditions show that the proposed method is very effective and has a good prospect for application.
