摘 要:研究了不同电解液参数对于Zr合金微弧氧化膜结构和性能的影响。实验证明,在不同浓度的NaOH溶液中,微弧氧化反应的击穿电压与阴离子浓度成反比,并且溶液的浓度不能过高或者过低。采用NaOH,Na2SiO3和Na3PO43种溶液作为电解液产生的微弧氧化膜,在结构和形貌上有很大的区别。电解液中的阴离子会参与微弧氧化反应。氧化膜中的Si元素有利于稳定ZrO2的高温相,并使氧化膜结构平整、减少孔洞和裂纹,提高合金耐腐蚀性,而P元素却有着相反的作用。The influences of electrolyte parameters on the microstructure and properties of Zircalloy-4 micro-arc oxidation (MAO) films were researched. It is found that the electric breakdown potential is inverse proportional to the concentration of solution in NaOH solution. The micro-arc oxidation will not be completed if the concentration is too high or too low. The microstructure and properties of Zircalloy-4 micro-arc oxidation (MAO) films are very different if the three kinds of solution, NaOH, Na2SiO3 and Na3PO4, are used as electrolyte. It is proved that the anions will take part in the oxidation reaction. The Si element in oxide film is in favor of the stabilization of high temperature phase of ZrO2, but the P element in the coating has the opposite effects. The existence of SiO2 will make film surface much smooth with less cracks and pores, enhancing the corrosion resistance.
