摘　　要：目的:为医药企业在医药代表评分、定级管理方面提供有益参考。方法:从医药代表对所销售药品专业知识的掌握程度、一对一的医师拜访和小型科室会组织的能力等多角度展开细致的研究分析,建立医药代表专业素质评分及定级标准。结果与结论:所建立的医药代表专业素质评分及定级标准具有可操作性,相对客观完善。OBJECTIVE： To provide references for pharmaceutical marketing businesses in the scoring and scaling of the professional qualities of medical representatives. METHODS： The scoring and scaling of the professional qualities of medical representatives were put forward through a detailed analysis from several aspects such as their mastery of professional knowledge, ability of one to one doctor visiting, and their ability to organize small section - level meeting etc. RESULT ＆ CONCLUSION： The established scoring and scaling criteria for the professional qualities of medical representatives is feasible, ob jective and consummated comparatively.
