侧面叉车车架结构与有限元分析

摘　　要：给出了一种侧面叉车侧板承载框架式车架结构。利用UG软件对叉车车架进行实体建模,并将模型导入Hyperworks软件中,建立以shell单元为基本单元,采用node-node焊接方法的车架有限元模型,分析了车架的强度,为侧面叉车车架的设计提供了参考依据。One kind of fiame of sideway Forklift is presented. The entity model of the flame is created using UG and Translated into Hyperworks. Based on shell units and node-node welding mode, the finite element model of the flame is set up, also the strength analysis has been done which provides the basis for optimization design.
