摘　　要：采用热压烧结工艺制备了陶瓷-硬质含金复合刀片，其上层为具有一定厚度的Al2O3／TiC陶瓷材料，下层为WC／Co硬质合金。分析表明：复合片中残余应力值的大小与其上下两层厚度之比h／H值有关。X射线衍射、电子探针和扫描电子显微镜（SEM）分析表明：烧结过程硬质合金和陶瓷材料中的元素在界面存在相互扩散，增加了界面结合强度，其界面类型为扩散型。Ceramic - cemented carbide compact insert was developed using hot pressing sintering technique. The upper partof the compact insert was made of Al2O3/TiC ceramic material, while the base plate was made of WC/Co cementedcarbide. Therefore, the compact insert can take the advantage of high hardness, good heat resistance of the ceramicmaterial and high strength, toughness of the cemented carbide. It was found that the diffusion of Co and W of thecemented carbide into the ceramic material improved the adhesion strength of the interface.
