摘　　要：本文依据指导健康教育者的6个基本原则:信息、方式、环境、体验、参与和评价,提出了社区护士如何成为有效的社区健康教育者的相应措施,即:提供易于理解的信息、选择适宜的学习方式、创建最佳的学习环境、组织学习体验、鼓励参与式学习、提供评价和反馈。According to the six basic principles on guiding the effective educator, which include message, format, environment, experience, participation and evaluation, it proposed strategies about how to be an effective community health educator. It was described as follows： to send a clear message, to select the learning format, to create the best learning environment, to organize the learning experience, to encourage participatory learning, and provide evaluation and feedback.
