摘　　要：描述了FL-9低速增压风洞信息系统的功能设计、技术设计和方案设计。该系统基于数据库,对风洞资源、试验过程拥有全面而强大的控制能力,是.NET框架的Web Service技术以及工作流技术在国内风洞领域的首次系统应用,是针对航空生产性风洞的通用性数字信息解决方案。The functions and framework of mobile aeronautical maintenance information system are introduced. The design and implementation of the system is mainly studied. The system, which uses handheld mobile device as client, connects with the network by TCP/IP wirelessly. It creates mobile database in PDA by SQL Mobile RDA and communi- cates with the server database to carry out mobile aeronautical maintenance operations. IETM and information inquiry function can also be found in the system.
