摘　　要：子宫肌瘤是女性生殖器最常见的良性肿瘤,传统的治疗方法以开腹手术为主。微创治疗包括宫腔镜、腹腔镜、动脉栓塞治疗、经阴道手术等,可以达到与开腹手术同样的手术效果,但具有不开刀或腹壁创伤小、腹腔干扰少、疼痛轻、术后胃肠道功能恢复快等优点,值得提倡。Uterine myoma is the most common of the female genital tumors, and the traditional management is laparotomy surgery. Minimally invasive management such as laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, uterine arterial embolization and transvaginal hysterectomy have similar effect to laparotomy, but they are superior to laparotomy and possessed the advantage with less injury and pain, shorter recovery time of bowel function after operation.
