摘  要:将已得到的烷烃高效降解菌C-14-1,C-14-2和丁二腈高效降解菌J-13-1混合,对其在多元基质混合体系中的降解性能进行了研究.结果表明:C-14-1,C-14-2和J-13-1菌株之间无拮抗性,可以混合应用;在培养基混合体系中,由于分解阻遏效应和降解产物的协同效应,有利于丁二腈的降解而对烷烃降解不利;在腈纶废水中,由于存在一些抑制因素,使混合菌的降解能力有所下降.废水中烷烃质量浓度低,烷烃降解菌不能发挥其高效的降解作用,丁二腈质量浓度较大,降解效果明显,9 h降解率可达到100%;腈纶废水经混合菌9 h处理后,CODCr去除率仅为29%,说明实际废水是个很复杂的体系,仅依靠个别高效菌株难以达到理想的整体处理效果,必须构建更多种类的具有协同作用的高效菌群,才能在实际应用中取得满意的结果.This paper presents an investigation of the bacterium strains of C- 14 - 1, C- 14 - 2 and J - 13 - 1 with high degrading capacity for alkanes and succinonitrile respectively. Tests on the mixed bacteria in the mixed system containing multifactor substrate show that since there is no antagonism among strains C- 14 - 1 ,C- 14 - 2 and J - 13 - 1 ,they can be mixed and applied together. Because of the effect of catabolite repression and synergistic mechanism between products, the degradation of succinonitrile is promoted while the degradation of alkanes is inhibited in the mixed system of culture medium. Owing to some inhibitting factors, the degradation capacity is depressed in the acrylic fiber wastewater. And the alkanes degrading bacterium strains are not efficient in degrading because of the alkane concentration in wastewater is low. On the other hand, with the succinonitrile concentration in wastewater becoming higher, the degradation result is becoming more obvious, and the degrading rates reach 100 % after 9 h. The acrylic fiber wastewater is treated with the mixed bacteria for 9 h, the removal efficiency of CODcr is only 29 %, which indicates that wastewater is so complicated that it is impossible to reach a good result in integral treatment just with several high active bacterium strains. It is necessary to construct high active population including many kinds of bacteria among which synergistic mechanism exists to reach a desirable effect in practical treatment.
