摘  要:在不同年份,于采收前一天,对白肋烟品种TN86进行细菌(WB5)喷洒处理,检测晾制期间烟叶TSNA、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量变化。结果表明:TSNA与硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐的变化,两年中表现出相似性。在晾制的前期,TSNA含量比较低且变化幅度较小,晾制中期,TSNA含量都比较高,在晾制末期,喷洒处理的烟叶中TSNA含量都有明显的降低,其中:2003年比同一时期自然条件下烟叶中TSNA含量降低81.32%;2004年比同一时期自然条件下烟叶中TSNA含量降低了68.80%;4种TSNA及其总量与亚硝酸盐都存在着显著的相关性,晾制期间烟叶用WB5的菌量与硝酸盐含量没有显著相关性,与亚硝酸盐、NNN和总TSNA存在着显著的负相关性。Burley tobacco TN86 was sprayed with WB5 strain( Agrobacterium tumefaciens )one day before harvest in different years. Content of NO3N, NO2N, and TSNAs of leaf samples were recorded during whole air-curing process. Results showed that the content curves of NO3N, NO2N, and TSNAs were similar between 2003 and 2004. TSNAs content of both control (CK) and spraying treatment were very low in early stage of air-curing process and reached its peak in the middle of the process, while at the end TSNA content of the spraying treatment decreased by 81.3% in 2003 and 68.8% in 2004, compared with that of CK. During air curing, 4 kinds of TSNAs and total TSNAs content showed significant correlation with nitrite accumulation. WB5 dosage didn't affect nitrate content while negative correlation with nitrite, NNN, and total TSNA content was observed.
