摘　　要：目的:检测食管鳞癌组织中脆性组氨酸三联体(FHIT)蛋白的表达。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测39例正常食管黏膜组织、23例不典型增生组织及39例食管鳞癌组织中FHIT蛋白的表达。结果:癌旁不典型增生组织和食管鳞癌组织中FHIT蛋白的阳性表达率分别为52.17%和28.21%,均低于正常食管黏膜组织的89.74%(P均<0.01)。FHIT蛋白的表达与食管鳞癌的分化程度及淋巴结转移有关,而与浸润深度无关。结论:FHIT蛋白的缺失与食管鳞癌的发生密切相关。Aim ： To detect the expression of fragile histine traid （FHIT） gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC） tissue. Methods：The expression of FHIT protein was detected using immunohistoehemistry SP in 39 cases of normal esophageal tissue, 23 cases of atypical hyperplasia tissue and 39 cases of ESCC tissue. Results： The positive rates of FHIT expression in adjacent atypical hyperplasia tissue and ESCC tissue were 52.17% and 28.21% , respectively, and both were lower than that in the normal esophageal tissue （89.74%） ,P 〈 0. 01. The positive rate of FHIT expression in ESCC is correlated with the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis, but not with the invasive depth. Conclusion： The deletion of FHIT protein is closely related to carcinogenesis and development of ESCC.
