摘　　要：目的:检测膀胱移行细胞癌组织中KAI1mRNA与蛋白的表达。方法:应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)及免疫组织化学方法分别检测61例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及7例正常膀胱黏膜组织中KAI1mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果:膀胱移行细胞癌组织中KAI1mRNA的相对含量为0.76±0.25,KAI1蛋白阳性表达率为63.9%,均低于正常膀胱黏膜组织((1.35±0.38)与100.0%,P均<0.01)。膀胱移行细胞癌组织中KAI1mRNA和蛋白的表达均与病理分级、临床分期、复发及预后相关(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:KAI1基因的表达在膀胱移行细胞癌的恶性进展过程中起重要作用,有可能成为评估肿瘤恶性程度、复发及预后的新指标。Aim ： To investigate the mRNA and protein expression of KAI1 gene in bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC） tissue. Methods：Expression of KAI1 mRNA and protein was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry in 61 cases of BTCC and 7 normal bladder mucosa tissue, respectively. Results： The KAI1 mRNA expression level and positive rate of KAI1 protein in BTCC tissue were 0.76± 0.75 and 63.9% , lower than those in normal tissue （ 1.35 ± 0.38 and 100.0% , P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression levels of KAI1 mRNA were related to the tumor grade, clinical stage, the recurrence, and the prognosis of the tumor（ P 〈 0.05 or 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： KAI1 gene expression might play an important role in the malignant progression of BTCC, and could be used as a marker to evaluate the tumor malignancy, recurrence, and prognosis.
