摘  要:提出了基于声发射技术实时快速监测管路泄漏声发射的方法与装置。与前技术相比,除了应用去平均值及带通滤波器等技术,还加入了通过与标准波形对比的分析。这种模式匹配滤波用于比较数据库中在现场和实验环境中采集的标准信号轮廓,两者交互相关的结果会产生一个尖峰,提高不同监视器时间标定的一致性,提高泄露定位准确性,同时降低了误报警率,提高灵敏度,提高信噪比,从而增强了在线检测系统的可信度。A method and apparatus based on acoustic emission technique are provided for detecting leaks in pipeline. Pattern match filtering is used besides other common filter techniques. The pattern match filer technique is used to incorporate signature signal profile from a data base developed from actual leak data collected from both field and experimental tests. The results of cross correlation between the signature signal and the leak signal can create a sharp peaked output. The techniques of the present invention have been proven to reduce false alarm rates and enhance the reliability of the on-line acoustic leak detection systems. Since a signal which does not match the previously recorded leak signals will produce a small output,the signal to noise ratio is significantly improved.
