摘 要:目的探讨在临床护理管理中实施细节管理对护理工作产生的影响。方法比较22个临床科室实施细节管理前后,同期患者对护理工作的满意度、综合护理质量和护理差错、事故、投诉的发生率。结果实施细节管理后,综合护理质量得到提高,护理缺陷、投诉发生率明显减少,患者对临床护理工作的满意度提高1.7%~2.3%。结论细节管理在临床护理管理中的应用,可提高综合护理质量,减少护理缺陷、投诉的发生率,提高了患者对临床护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the influence of implementing the detail management in the clinical nursing management. Methods The degree of patients,satisfaction to nurses,work, integrative nursing quality, nursing mistake, nursing accident and suing rate in the 22 clinical administrative offices in the same period before and after implementing the detail management were compared. Results After im- plementing the detail management, the integrative nursing quality was raised, the nursing flaw and the suing rate were reduced obviously. In addition, the patients' satisfaction degree to the clinical nursing work was changed from 1.7% to 2.3 %. Conclusions Application of detail management to clinical nurs- ing management can improve the integrative nursing quality, reduce nursing flaw and suing occurrence, and raise the degree of patients' .satisfaction to the clinical nursing work.
