摘  要:[目的]探讨食品中二恶英类化合物国际比对的结果,为提高分析能力总结经验。[方法]采用中位值、标准差进行统计,Z比分值进行评估。[结果]比对结果总的毒性当量浓度值(TEQ)第一年不满意,第二年为满意。[结论]从单项结果及总的TEQ结果看,该实验室分析二恶英及多氯联苯(PCB)能力在逐年提高,可以进行合格的食品中二恶英常规分折。[ Objective ] The results in interlaboratory comparison of detecting Dioxin-like compounds in food was discussed for improving the ability of dioxins analysis in food. [ Methods ] Statistical median and standard deviation of analytical data were calculated and Z-score was chosen as an evaluating indicator. [ Results ] Z-scores in first round for total TEQs were unsatisfied, but in second round they were satisfied. [ Conclusion ] The ability of the laboratory in detecting both single compound and total TEQs got obvious progress in Dioxin-like compounds analyses in food during interlaboratory comparison. This shows the laboratory is now able to accept routine analysis of dioxins in food.
