肝细胞癌直方图血流定量分析参数与肿瘤血管生成的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究肝细胞癌三维彩色直方图血流定量分析参数与肿瘤微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的相关性。方法:应用GE voluson 730三维彩色超声仪对29例肝细胞癌进行检查,采用三维彩色直方图技术定量测量血管指数(Vascularization index,Ⅵ),术后测定标本的免疫组化参数MVD、VEGF的表达。结果:肝细胞癌Ⅵ与免疫组化参数MVD、VEGF成线性正相关。结论:三维彩色直方图血流定量分析参数对于评价肿瘤血管生成状况有意义。Objective To investigate the correlation between the parameters of three-dimensional color histogram and microvessel density（MVD） ,vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methtods 29 patients with HCC was examind by GE voluson 730 three-dimensional color ultrasound system, Ⅵ was measured by using three-dimensional color histogram technique, MVD and VEGF was measured postoperation. Results There was significant positive linear correlation between Ⅵ and MVD,VEGF. Conclusion The parameters of three-dimensional color histogram is significative to evaluate the angiogenesis in hepatocellular carcinoma.
