宫颈癌患者治疗后对性功能的影响及性康复指导

摘　　要：宫颈癌患者由于其发病部位特殊,疾病本身以及手术,放、化疗等引起生殖器官结构改变、性功能变化和多种躯体不适,生活质量受到严重影响,给患者及家属带来巨大危机。笔者从宫颈癌治疗对性功能的影响提出治疗后医护人员应常规对宫颈癌患者及其配偶进行必要的性教育及性生活指导,以帮助患者恢复正常人的生活和工作,从而保持心情愉快,使患者术后尽可能建立较高的生活质量。The life quality of patients with carcinoma of the cervix was effected seriously because of the special disease position, and the change of structure and sexual function of sex organ and a variety of body discomfort caused by the disease per se, the operation, the radiotherapy and chemotherapy. This brought a great crisis for the patients and their family members. From the effect of the treatment of carcinoma of the cervix on sexual function, we advanced that the doctors and nurses should provide necessary sex education and instruction for sex life to the patients and their mates after the treatment, so as to help the patients return to the normal life and work, thereby making the patients pleasure and establis- hing a higher quality of life.
