摘　　要：目的：探讨影响基础护理的原因,为有针对性的改进基础护理质量提供依据。方法：采用理论考试方法对全院490名护士的基础护理掌握情况进行调查分析。结果：以79分（含79分）以下成绩计算,41.42%的护士对基础护理工作能力掌握存在偏差。护士的文化程度、职称与掌握基础护理能力方面差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,而工作年限与掌握基础护理能力差异有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：从职业态度、制度管理与考核标准等方面对基础护理的运作提出改进对策。Objective To explore the reasons of influencing the basic nursing in order to provide reference for improving the quality of basic nursing pertinently. Methods Mastery degrees of the basic nursing of 490 nurses were investigated by the method of theory examination. Results According to the achievement of 79 cent （inclusive 79 cent）, 41.42% of nurses had a windage of the mastery ability of basic nursing work. There were no significant difference between the education experience and the title of technical post owned by the nurses with the mastery ability of basic nursing （P 〉 0.05）. The working years showed a significant influence on the mastery ability of basic nursing, with a significant difference existed between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions We will advance a proposal to improve the practice of basic nursing from the aspects of occupation attitude, system management and exam standard.
