摘　　要：研究表明,双长链季铵盐类消毒剂新洁灵消毒精对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌主要通过破坏其通透性屏障,使菌体破裂,以及抑制或破坏细胞内生物氧化、呼吸代谢与产生能量等酶的活性,而致其死亡。Xinjieling disinfectant (XJL) is a quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant containing 10% di-dodecyldimethyl ammonium bromide.It was indicated in experiment that the mechanism of effect of XJL on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was mainly destruction of permeability barrier of the bacterial cells,causing rupture of the cells,and inhibition or inactivation of the enzymes involved in biological oxidation,respiration,metabolism and en- ergy production in the cells,leading to death of bacteria.
