摘 要:以色料或着色化合物为着色剂,采用传统工艺制备了彩色氧化锆陶瓷,并研究了氧化锆、着色剂、烧结温度、助剂等对彩色氧化锆陶瓷颜色的影响。结果表明:用微米级ZrO2为原料,镨锆黄色料为着色剂,添加少量烧结助剂,可制得性能优良、颜色亮丽的浅黄色氧化锆陶瓷;用纳米级ZrO2为原料,偏钒酸铵或Cr2O3为着色剂,添加少量烧结助剂,可分别制得性能优良、颜色亮丽的深黄色或绿色氧化锆陶瓷。With pigment or compound as colorant, color ZrO2 ceramics was prepared through conventional ceramic process. The influences of ZrO2 powder, colorant, sintering temperature and additive on the color of the ZrO2 ceramics were studied. The results showed that using micron-sized ZrO2 powder as raw materials and Pr-Zr pigment as colorant, tint yellow ZrO2 ceramics with good mechanical properties could be obtained by adding sintering additive. With nano-sized ZrO2 powder as raw materials, NH4VO3 or Cr2O3 as colorant, beige or green ZrO2 ceramics with better mechanical properties could be obtained, respectively.
