摘  要:采用热压烧结技术制备了碳纳米管(CNTs)改性MoSi2复合材料,在制备过程中发现采用十二烷磺酸基钠(C12H25SO3Na)作为分散剂可以有效地解决碳纳米管的分散问题。利用XRD研究了复合材料的相组成与结构,结果显示加入碳纳米管并没有使材料的物相发生明显改变,其主要物相为四方结构的MoSi2,还有少量的Mo5Si3。利用SEM观察了复合材料的显微组织,研究发现碳纳米管的加入能降低材料的晶粒尺寸,使内部孔隙减小,孔径变小,从而促进了烧结坯块的致密化。MoSi2 composites modified by carbon nanotubes were prepared by hot-pressure sintering technology, and it was found that C12H25SO3Na as dispersant could solve effectively the problem of diffusing of carbon nanotubes in MoSi2 in this work. XRD was adopted to characterize phase composition and structures of the composites, which indicated that the phase didn't changed significantly with carbon nanotubes doping and the major phase was tetragonal MoSi2 with a few Mo5Si3. The microstructure of the composites was observed by SEM and analysis results showed that the grain size of the composite could be reduced with nanotubes doping and inter porocity decreased and pore sizes became smaller, resulting in promoting the densification of sintering body.
