摘　　要：　目的探讨患者家属心理需求与护士主动提供帮助之间的差异，旨在为一线肿瘤临床护理人员提供信息，指导其在临床实践中如何开展癌症患者家属的心理护理，更有助于癌症患者的康复和家属这一群体健康状况的提高。方法本研究通过对肿瘤科收治的100例首次住院患者及该病房护士采用问卷调查，并对结果进行统计分析。结果家属心理需求排在前5位的与护士主动提供帮助的内容不完全相同，两者之间有显著差异。结论护士在为家属提供帮助时，首先要重视他们的心理需求，为首次住院患者的家属提供其最先想了解的问题，如患者的预后、主要治疗过程及根据其经济承受能力选择治疗方案等。Objective To explore difference between psychology demands of cancer patients＇ family members and nurses＇ help in order to provide the nurse reference which is helpful for mental care of cancer patients＇ family member and promote the patient＇s recovery as well as the health of their family members, Methods 100 patients who were hospitalized first time and nurses in cancer ward were investigated with questionnaire, and then statistical analysis was done, Results The top 5 items of family member＇s psychology demands were different with the help provided by nurses. Conclusions The nurse should attach importance to family member＇s psychology demands when they provide the help for the family members. They should give the family member＇s the information such as patient＇s prognosis, the main course of treatment, and to choice treatment plan according to their economy bearing capacity and so on.
