摘  要:微电子技术是高技术中的关键技术,硅是微电子技术的基础材料.但是硅是一种非发光材料.为了发展光电子集成技术,必须大力发展硅基发光材料.多孔硅是一种有希望的硅基发光材料,它表明纳米晶粒中的量子限制效应对光发射是极有效的.随之涌现出一系列量子限制硅基发光材料。Semiconducting silicon is the dominant material in microelectronics, which is a key high technology, but it cannot emit light efficiently. It is necessary to develop Si based light emitting material for optoelectronic integration, and for this porous Si is a promising light emitting material. The quantum confinement effect in nanocrystallites has proved to be highly effective for light emission, as a result of which a series of quantum confined Si based light emitting materials have appeaed which provide an entirely new approach to integrated optoelectronics.
