强脉冲光子嫩肤治疗雀斑的临床观察

摘　　要：目的应用强脉冲光子嫩肤仪治疗面部雀斑,研究亚洲人的雀斑治疗参数。方法采用波长520-1200nm的强脉冲光子嫩肤仪治疗雀斑96例,3-5次为一疗程,两次治疗间隔时间3-4周,观察临床效果和复发率。结果对每例患者治疗前后的对比照片,进行临床疗效评价,总结出安全、有效的治疗参数。结论强脉冲光对雀斑的选择性治疗,效果明显、复发率低,优于传统方法,值得推广。Objective To study the treatment parameter of asian when photo-rejuvenation was used to removal the freckles on face, Methods IPL with awavelength of close to 520-1200nm treated 96 patients suffered from freckles,and there are 3-5 times treatment in one period with interval of 3-4 weeks.Then the clinical effectiveness were evaluated. Results Aim at contrasting every sufferer photograph before and after treatment, estimate the clinic effect and sum up the treatment parameter that is safe,effective and adapt to asian. Conclusion Photo-rejuvenation treating freckles selectivity ismarked effect, rebounded lowly, and better than traditional methods,It should be extended to treat freckles
